Pause Point helps organisations create healthier, more focused, and resilient workplaces through practical mindfulness training that helps people pause, reflect and respond differently.
Creating healthier ways of working starts with understanding the people within them.
Modern workplaces are constantly changing. People are expected to manage competing demands, absorb increasing amounts of information and stay focused while navigating the pressures of everyday work.
Many organisations recognise the importance of wellbeing, but people often need practical tools they can use in the flow of their working day — both to support ongoing wellbeing and to respond more effectively when pressure builds.
Pause Point helps organisations create healthier ways of working by developing awareness, focus and resilience through practical mindfulness training.
Practical mindfulness for healthier ways of working
Mindfulness is not about stepping away from the realities of work. It is about developing the awareness and skills to meet challenges with greater clarity, focus, and resilience. Pause Point delivers practical mindfulness training that helps people:
Manage stress - Recognise stress responses and develop practical ways to respond more effectively under pressure.
Improve focus - Build awareness of attention and develop strategies for working with distraction.
Communicate more effectively - Create space to pause, listen, and respond thoughtfully; particularly during challenging conversations and moments of conflict.
Build resilience - Develop healthier habits that support wellbeing and sustainable performance.

Why Pause Point?
I discovered mindfulness while working in a fast-paced editorial environment, where deadlines, constant information, and competing priorities were part of everyday life.
Throughout my career, I have worked in high-pressure roles including Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, teaching, and sales. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of communication, human behaviour, and the challenges people face when trying to stay focused, make decisions, and maintain wellbeing under pressure.
Through my own mindfulness practice, I discovered the value of creating space to pause, reflect and respond differently.
After training as a mindfulness teacher and drawing on over 10 years of experience supporting adults through learning and development, I created Pause Point to help individuals and organisations develop practical skills for healthier ways of working.
Let’s create healthier ways of working.
Whether you’re looking to support your team, reduce workplace stress or explore practical mindfulness training, I’d love to hear about your organisation and what you’re hoping to achieve.
